Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the MB Global Logistics website or apps, or send or receive boxes with us. They work alongside the receipt and rates we give you for each shipment.

Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone safe: anyone who can read your SMS can sign in.
• Give correct names, numbers and addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
• When you book a pickup with someone's client or shipper code, you confirm you are shipping with that person's agreement.

Bookings and pickups

• A pickup request is confirmed only when our office confirms it. We may decline a request and will tell you why.
• Our staff count, weigh and photograph each box at pickup. Those records are used for the charge and for any claim.
• Do not send prohibited, illegal or dangerous items, cash, or items that customs does not allow. We may refuse or open boxes where the law allows.

Charges and payment

• The rate is set when the shipment is confirmed and does not change afterwards. For each shipment, either the shipper or the client is the payer.
• Pay by the agreed date. Overdue amounts get payment reminders by SMS and app notification.
• A payment counts once our office approves it, or once a check clears. A bounced check leaves the amount unpaid.

Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates. Shipping lines, ports and customs can cause delays outside our control.
• Boxes are handed to the client or to the person they authorise. The handover is photographed and may be signed.
• Check your boxes at delivery and report damage or missing boxes to us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days.

Responsibility

We handle your boxes with care. Our responsibility for loss or damage is limited to what is agreed for the shipment and what the law requires. We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our control, by customs actions, or by wrong or incomplete information from the sender.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
